"I’m very open about my journey with infertility & struggles with getting pregnant. I feel like it can only help people & make others realize they are not alone.

With a wish to get pregnant, I signed up for my first Smoke Offering.

I had no idea what to expect. I was excited, yet nervous, not knowing how the experience would unfold.

When I first arrived & started talking to Katie about the challenges I was going through, my emotions were heightened & running wild.

If you know Katie, you know she is a force of nature ~ like a flower essence herself. She is a beautiful soul; a true gem. She has a healing, gentle & loving way with people that is impossible to describe.

When the Smoke Offering started, as soon as I closed my eyes & let my breath grow deeper, I took in all the senses; the smell of the herbs, the flower essences, and Katie’s soft voice chanting prayers.

I set my intention and repeated my own prayers inside my head. Tears streamed down my cheeks, but my heart began to soften, the voices inside dissolved, and tensions melted away.

Afterwards, I felt like I had been in a deep sleep for days. I felt renewed, recharged and had this enormous sense of relief. Whatever I was going through, I knew I was strong enough to get through it. I knew I wasn’t alone, but most of all, I felt a sense of peace that I did not feel before.

Immediately, I called my mom, and said “I’ve got this, it’s going to happen.”

And it did.

My pregnancy happened naturally, without the fertility doctors, and completely unexpected. And I’m convinced that this precious ceremony & the flower essences Katie recommended (particularly Squash Blossom flower elixir) helped open the doors for me and this amazing miracle!

Now, I have to pinch myself every day when I look at my beautiful son."
