This scalp stimulator comb has been a game changer for me. I get the deepest and most well rested sleep whenever I use it before bedtime. Actual words I said to my sister: “I SLEPT LIKE A BEAR.” 😂 I start with the neck and work my way around my scalp, making sure to touch on specific meridian points. I've been using Bamboo elixirregularly, as the node rings between the segments of bamboo are a good model of how to seal off a trigger point in your life, to make it stabilize and strengthen you for further growth.
